From the cracked bark of charcoal to the whisper of hickory smoke, our story is written in every rack of ribs and every mouth-watering bite. What began as backyard experiments around a smoker—fueled by late-night taste tests, encouragement from family and friends, and the unwavering support of my wife, Michelle—quickly ignited into something much bigger: a devotion to craft, community, and the joy of gathering around fire.

 

Born in Wilmington, Massachusetts, Smoke Craft Q was founded on one simple idea: elevate honest, old-school barbecue with a modern New England twist. We chased the perfect smoke ring, tinkered with rubs late into the night, and shared our earliest batches of brisket and burnt ends with neighbors and friends. Their smiles—and the way they came back for seconds—proved we were onto something special.

 

Over the years, that backyard ritual has begun to blossom what hopes to be a full-service catering company and pop-up sensation. We bring our “Fuel the Fire” ethos to every gathering. Whether you’re feeding two or two hundred, our mission is the same: cook with integrity, serve with warmth, and spark connections through bold, smoke-driven flavor.
