Refund & Returns Policy

At SmokeCraft Q, your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains when and how we offer refunds, returns, and exchanges for products and services purchased through smokecraftq.com.
1. General Eligibility

Timeframe

Physical Products (rubs, sauces, gift sets): Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Catering Services & Event Bookings: Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date.

Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels and seals intact.

Catering cancellations or changes made within the eligibility window may be subject to partial fees (see Section 3).

2. Physical Product Refunds & Exchanges

Request a Return
Email support@smokecraftq.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. -
Return Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted. -
Inspection & Processing
After we receive the returned item(s), please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. -
Refunds

Full purchase price (minus any shipping charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.

If you paid for expedited shipping, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap for a different product, note your requested replacement when you initiate the return.

If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference; if it costs less, you’ll receive a credit or refund for the difference.
