Refund & Returns Policy

At SmokeCraft Q, your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) explains when and how we offer refunds, returns, and exchanges for products and services purchased through smokecraftq.com.

1. General Eligibility

  • Timeframe

    • Physical Products (rubs, sauces, gift sets): Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    • Catering Services & Event Bookings: Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Condition

    • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels and seals intact.

    • Catering cancellations or changes made within the eligibility window may be subject to partial fees (see Section 3).

2. Physical Product Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Request a Return
    Email support@smokecraftq.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization
    Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

  3. Inspection & Processing
    After we receive the returned item(s), please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.

  4. Refunds

    • Full purchase price (minus any shipping charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.

    • If you paid for expedited shipping, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.

  5. Exchanges

    • If you’d like to swap for a different product, note your requested replacement when you initiate the return.

    • If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference; if it costs less, you’ll receive a credit or refund for the difference.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
