Born from a love of great BBQ and community, Smoke Craft Q is a modern BBQ venture based right here in Massachusetts. We combine traditional low-and-slow smoking techniques with local culinary influences to create a signature flavor that is uniquely ours. Founded by pitmaster Dan O’Leary, Smoke Craft Q started as a backyard passion and has since grown into a beloved staple throughout the region. We believe in quality ingredients, authentic technique, and giving back to the communities we serve.
